have been sooo busy recently, so havent updated for ages.
My year as Lady Captain is flying in, but im loving it.
I was planning to get my handicap down this year but so far only down to 18.3. They said my golf would suffer this year and perhaps their right. Im starting to find excuses for bad golf. Am I turning into my husband???? He does that alot......Thats worrying....
All the games Ive have played in so far ive been wearing Queen of the Green , and have met some other Lady BM wearers which is great. Always spreading the word.
My Captains prize day was great fun. and the pimms and prize giving went down a storm. The sun even shone for it..
I have just held a cardiac charity golf day at Thornhill golf club, which was a great day, I even stole the free beer on the course idea from bunkerfest and it went down a storm. Bunker Mentality donated some great prizes and i cant thank them enough. The day im sure will get them some new customers.Pictures will follow.
Ladies outing tomorrow and I cant wait. Hope i play well.....

Just back from the scottish golf show. Had a great day, and met up with John Gallagher at the BM Stand. Lots of chat about Bunkerfest, so even more excited about it now. Obviously bought some of the lovely new Queen of the green range. Got the black trousers and two tops with the diamonte crown, and a new crown belt. So was all set for my opening day big drive.
I had a great drive so am thinking the blach trousers are just as lucky as the white.... put a picture on but had a jumper on so cant see the top, but it was abit chilly......looking forward to the next competition....will post my score, but only if there reasonable......
Im just back from a short break with paul to North Berwick.
We had a great time. Played The Glen course. North Berwick, and Gullane No 2. (Its my favourite, as I beat Paul that day.) Had my new white Queen of the green trousers on. Love them. Going to scottish golf show next saturday. Will be visiting the BM exhibition.Need a new top for opening day. see you there.
Just played in my first competition of the season. It was The Mail on sunday match play competition. Thornhill ladies won at Southerness Golf Club. I won my match on the 18th. Had a great day. Hears to the next round. More improtantly I had my new Queen of the Green white trousers on. They are fab. very comfortable. Sorry no pictures but was so excited i won, will get some this week, as im on holiday and it will be golf golf golf.... love it. I did indeed Hit it hard, go find and hit it hard agian......

Have just bought me and my husbands tickets to bunkerfest, thought this would win him over seeing as I didnt get him a valentines card this year. It has worked a treat. Cant wait..... off to practice tomorrow...Hope your all going too....see you there.
Well have just had my first 18 holes of golf this year, and am glad to say i beat my husband and my dad so a great way to start my golfing year. Hope this is the first of many victories against the men. Come on the girls..
I am very excited as I was asked to be vice Captain for Thornhill Ladies this year. My Lady captain is lovely, so we will have a great year im sure.
Cant wait for the new season to start so hopefully can get my handicap down and win loads of silver ware, and more to the point, vouchers to buy much needed replacement golf balls etc...obviously doing all this in BMs gear...
Have added a picture of me with my new Queen of the Green score card. Took it for its first outing to Powfoot Golf Club. I love playing there and it was a particularly sweet game as I beat my Husband. He was not happy. Loving winter golf so far. Loving the winter golf. Lessons going well. Its all good. P.S. Cant wait for the new collection to come out.
Have had a great season this year. The handicap is only down to 20 but I am in the silver division, so Happy days.
I have also started taking golf lessons as, one day, would really like to be better than my husband at golf!!! The golf pro Stuart Syme at Dumfries and County golf club is a great teacher and my swing has improved alot so far. Watch out Mr Gray!!!!
Once again this yearI have had some fabulous golf trips ,my favorite being a week at St Andrews, playing some of the St Andews links courses.
I am planning my next girls golf holiday, and so far Turkey is looking good, hopefuly the new Queen Of The Green collection will be available to buy before I go, so I can show off the new look here and abroad. Loving it by the way, can't wait to shop....
